I am a 23 year old painter based in Kasarani, Nairobi under Visuals Studio. I have been professionally painting for the last three years just after I got a certificate in drawing and painting at BuruBuru Institute of Fine Arts.

My main medium is acrylics on canvas and with this I paint unique abstract and landscape paintings. I also experiment with other medium such as graphite pencil  and charcoal pencils. 

My work is mainly inspired by my environment. I really love travelling  around so am usually inspired a lot through the experiences. I express  a lot of emotion in my works because I understand what we go through  as human beings. I really love experimenting so I don’t focus a lot on  one thing this is because I believe art is very wide and you improve  your creativity while trying new things. 

I have participated in a number of exhibitions here in Nairobi the main  one being Ubuntu. Being considered for the Ubuntu exhibition was a  big achievement for me because I got a different form of reception to wards my work. I got to feel proud and my creativities appreciated.  

I really hope to explore different techniques in the future as I grow for I believe that the world is growing rapidly in different ways. I also hope to take part in creating a world that is full of inspired creatives all around us who will make our world beautiful.
